Tests itself : You’re supposed to test smoke alarms monthly. But 9 out of 10 people don’t. So Nest Protect checks its batteries and sensors over 400 times a day. And it’s the first alarm that uses Sound Check to quietly test its speaker and horn once a month.

Lights your way: If you need a glass of milk in the middle of the night, Nest Protect lights up as you walk underneath it. Pathlight is one of our customers’ favorite features so we made it better and brighter.

Steam is not smoke: Has your alarm ever yelled at you for taking a shower? Nest Protect is the only alarm with Steam Check. It uses custom algorithms and a humidity sensor to look for steam, so you can enjoy a nice, quiet shower.

Count sheep, not chirps.

No one should be woken up by a low-battery chirp at 2 a.m. When you turn off the lights, look for a quick green glow. That’s our Nightly Promise. It means all your Nest Protects have tested themselves, the batteries are good, and there won’t be any chirps. Sweet dreams.

Domestic Orders:

• Domestic orders are shipped using Kerry Express Thailand or SCG Express.
• A tracking number will be provided once the parcel is sent out.
• Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from our Bangkok Warehouse.
• Delivery times range from 1-3 business days, depending on your order time.
• Please note that a recipient's signature is required for delivery.
• We ship after receiving payment. It may take a few hours for tracking numbers to activate on the shipper's site.

Standard Shipping:

• Standard shipping is free for all domestic orders.

Next Day Delivery :

• Fee: 85 THB
• Delivery window: 3 pm to 7 pm (Mon-Sat)

• Deliveries on Sundays and public holidays will occur on the following business days.

Express Delivery by Lalamove (Bangkok Area):

• Order over 15,000 THB: Free
• Order under 15,000 THB: 350 THB
• Order on our website, provide shipping details, make payment, and our team will confirm the delivery time.

Fast Delivery by Lalamove (Greater Bangkok):

• Fee: 450 THB

International Orders:

• International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, or EMS.
• A tracking number will be provided upon parcel dispatch within 1-7 business days from our Hong Kong Warehouse.
• Delivery time varies between 3 to 15 business days, depending on the chosen shipping type.
• A signature is required for the delivery of international orders.
